A vibrant blue-green-pruple gradient brightly floats on a sea of deep blue-purple gradient- a symbol of the smooth experience both employeers and job seekers will experience when using the service – replaces the blue and white so beloved by many recrtuitment companies. An slick and professional tone of voice was penned to be instantly understood and create an approachable, no-nonsense character. It’s amplified by a clean, strapline, headline typeface, incorporating the curved letterforms that reflect the curve of the logo, partnered with the Arch in Architeam.
The Gradient of the ident in the logo represents the 3 core industries that Architeam specialise in. Each having its own set of sub brand identities with it's colour ways. It gives each sector it's own personality, and set of requirements that set them apart. The skills required in finance are not those in the medical sector.
