Helping a brand reach its peak potential with a brand identity people could identify with and feel a part of.
We had a name, and a plan, but no identity. Apex Combat & Conditioning is a new MMA and boxing gym opening up in Northwich, Cheshire. Jordan, a wold reknowned fighter and his brother Gareth want to bring their knowledge to the local area and create a space for people to train, access knowledge and specialist eqiupment easily. Aiming to be leaders in providing the highest quality MMA training in the area, having the gold belts to prove it, they wanted an identity to match the caliber of training they would be providing.
By creating a distinctive visual identity, we have created community, where people can feel a part of something. The brand name itself lent to the pointed peak of the logo and taking inspiration from the fighting stance, legs set wide at the base, arms blocking your body. The main icon was born. Coining the strap line of "Peak Potential" to reflect the possibilities that arise when someone enters the gym.
